Hizbullah leaders told German Intelligence (BND) Chief Ernst Uhrlau that there would not be any negotiations over the release of the kidnapped IDF soldiers “as long as Israel continued to violate the cease fire,” the London based Al-Hayat newspaper reported on Monday.
The leaders alleged that the IAF was carrying out sorties over Lebanon and that the IDF had not fully withdrawn from south of the country.
